Kirsten Craft

Kirsten is a faculty member of the Robert H. Smith School of Business, but most importantly NSBS's Faculty Advisor. In addition, she won the Venture Track of the Do Good Challenge in 2015 and is now helping students expand their learning experiences with the Center of Social Value Creation.

Bruce Levenson

Bruce Levenson is a most well-known for his ownership of the Atlanta Hawks basketball team, however he is also a prominent philanthropist. In 2010, he created the Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership at UMD, and has been an important advocate for Jewish causes his whole life.

Zeluis Teixeira

Zeluis is a University of Maryland Alum who has done charitable work with organizations like UNICEF in his past, and in the present as the CFO of SOAR Baltimore. SOAR Baltimore is an organization where inner city kids have the opportunity to display their ideas and apply for funding to get their ideas off the ground.

Blaize Connelly-Duggan

Blaize is a University of Maryland Alum whose largest impact has been felt by Baltimore's Inner City Communities. He established Maryland Community Health Initiatives Inc., a nonprofit organization, to "improve the health and well-being of individuals and families struggling to overcome substance abuse, homelessness, unemployment, poverty, crime, and violence.

Jordan Steffy

Jordan Steffy is a former UMD Quarterback, but his contributions go far beyond football statistics. He founded the Childern Deserve A Chance Foundation in 2005 to create opportunities for first generation college attendees. More recently, he co-founded Xylem the Mentor app, an application designed to connect mentors and mentees and facilitate communication between them in order to share information not only vertically between generations, but also laterally within generations.

Arabella Advisors

Arabella Advisors is a firm that focuses on impact investing. With their clients, they piece together portfolios that allow clients to make the most difference with their investments. Some of the causes that they support are Food System Reform, Empowering Women and Girls, and Conservation and Climate.
